Adam Pavitt
Adam Pavitt
Managing Director

Adam’s unique background has helped him to understand the enormous pressures and opportunities presented by 21st century life, particularly within business.

In 1996 Adam was working in the challenging and constantly changing IT industry. His work took him from London throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, the US, New Zealand and Australia. Thirteen years later he was the owner of a thriving Australian IT company, providing support to companies in Sydney and New South Wales. With this, Adam experienced – first hand – the various challenges that running a successful business presents and developed several strategies to assist in ensuring that his team worked cohesively towards business goals.

Adam’s career and early success provided him an ambition to help others get the best out of themselves in every possible way. It was this ambition that he shares with his team of business mentors. In deciding to sell his business Adam returned to the UK, and now – as Director of Progression People  – works with successful businesses to develop their level of achievement and ultimately, profit.
